Pop up Restaurants

We like to keep things fresh and one way to ensure we stay at the leading edge of the industry is by organising pop up restaurants around Australia. Past events have included using the cars of the Brisbane Ferris Wheel as our dining room and several temporary restaurants in various locations around Melbourne under the Culinary Mercenaries banner

Artisan Breads and Sour Dough Pizza at Farmers Markets

Early in 2012 we noticed a boom in the amount of people on the Mornington Peninsula who were attending Farmers Markets to ensure they had access to good local seasonal produce. This ethic matches in perfectly with the ideals of our own company and so we decided to start selling artisan Sour Dough Breads and Pizza's at these markets.

Our sour dough yeast starter is now 19 years old and is the living breathing force behind the flavour of our doughs. Pizzas are made with the same Sour Dough,  tomatos grown and picked in season and cheeses from the Peninsula.
